Settlement Preference

When using the disburse API, your settlement preference should be set to Self & You can only make payouts from your Naira wallet.

How to change settlement preference

1. Log into your dashboar

2. Navigate to Account Settings

3. Click on settlement Preference

4. On settlement preference page select the drop down and click on self settlement.

Ledger Balance Vs Available Balance

Quidpay uses the currency wallet system, where you have any money collected in a specified currency deposited to your currency wallet i.e. if you transaction currency is in NGN then all collections in that currency are deposited into your NGN currency wallet, vice versa for USD. On quidpay's wallet there is a ledger balance and available balance. The available balance is what can be withdrawn from the wallet at any given time, while the ledger balance is the total amount received into the wallet up until the current date.
